We are not a general contractor, an architecture firm, an engineering firm, or a permit expediting company. We represent owners — and because we hold no financial relationship with any contractor or designer, every recommendation is made in the owner’s interest alone.

Ronnie Rey
Ronnie Rey serves as lead owner’s representative and primary client point of contact, with deep expertise in public procurement, contractual risk allocation, and the administrative requirements of publicly funded capital projects.
At Newmark, he served as a client-side project manager representing major corporate occupiers on projects up to $18M, overseeing all phases from scope development and contractor procurement through final closeout. At Hensel Phelps, he contributed to the delivery of the $380M California Air Resources Board emissions-testing campus in Riverside, California — a 19-acre, multi-building, mission-critical government facility — as a field engineer.

Misael Banderas
Misa Banderas provides independent technical and constructability oversight throughout the project lifecycle. His career includes senior project-management roles at Flintco/Alberici, Landmark Structures, and Adolfson & Peterson Construction.
His signature project — the $510M St. Jude Advanced Research Towers and Vivarium in Memphis, Tennessee — earned the team an unsolicited award of the next $600M-plus phase, a direct reflection of client confidence in his performance. He has delivered municipal utility infrastructure for multiple Texas cities, U.S. Air Force installations, and healthcare campuses across several states.
